Remembrance Day Ceremony at Edward MacDonald 2024

Everyone is warmly invited to join Branch 499 Angus of the Royal Canadian Legion for their Remembrance Day observances. The event will begin with a parade from the Angus Legion to the War Memorial on Queen Street, where a meaningful ceremony will be held to honour our Veterans.

After the ceremony concludes, the parade will return to Branch 499. Community members are then welcome to gather at the Legion for a special period of fellowship and reflection.

Together, residents can demonstrate their enduring respect for those who answered our nation's call to service. The collective presence of community members helps ensure their sacrifices are forever remembered and their stories preserved.
