- 11:45 - 12:15 Bruce talks about the benefits of Kangen Alkaline Water.
- 12:15 - 1:00 Marise delves into the impact emotions can have on your health.
- 1:00 - 1:45 Karen introduces QX BioFeedback and Sanza BioFrequency.
- 1:45 - 2:45 Shelley inspires with "Stepping Into Sovereignty."
- 2:45 - 3:30 Paz leads a meditation session focused on discovering the power within you.
- 3:30 - 4:00 David & Yvonne discuss how to create possibilities in your life and ask potent questions.
- 4:00 - 4:30 Dance intermission with lively beats.
- 4:30 - 6:00 Get ready to groove with an outdoor Ecstatic Dance by Paz & Flow (weather permitting).
- 6:00 - 6:15 A closing circle to complete this day of healing and connection.
Throughout the day, you can explore the various booths and hear from inspiring speakers from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Don't forget to fuel up with some delicious food from Zan of Beach Veggie, who will be on site. As a bonus, any excess funds raised during the event will be donated to The Creemore Food Bank.
