About this Event
Start the celebration at the Collingwood Museum / Station, where children are invited to bring a bag and gather eggs hidden by the Easter Bunny around the grounds. This special hunt is open to children 10 and under, and each child must be accompanied by an adult. Hosted by Journey Community Church, the morning will also feature plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained while they wait for their turn to hunt.
After the egg hunt, the fun continues downtown at the Information Centre, 84 Hurontario Street, across from Town Hall, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Staff will be on hand to help with directions, provide Easter Egg Hunt forms, and offer free balloon twisting for families to enjoy.
Then it’s time to explore downtown. Families are invited to visit participating businesses and count the eggs displayed in their windows for a chance to win prizes. Awards will be given across several age groups: up to 2 years, 2–4 years, 5–8 years, and 9–12 years.
And keep an eye out—the Easter Bunny will be hopping through downtown all day, sharing treats and bringing smiles to children of all ages.
