Collaborating closely with local farmers, we select only naturally-raised and fed proteins like beef, lamb, rabbit, duck, turkey, and air-chilled chicken. Then we pair these premium meats with certified organic vegetables.

But we don’t stop there; we infuse all our recipes with the highest-grade sea vegetables from Greece. The result? Meals that are not just filling but also deeply nourishing.
